Product Description

Application 
  It is suitable for the shielding or braiding of all kinds of high quality electric wire , computer wire,network cable etc.

Usage

It is used to braid cable soft shield layer like
  copper wire, soft iron wire, low carbon steel wire, al-mg alloy etc. This machine apply PLC logical control with touch screen.Advantages
This serie machine adopts the double joint transmission,mechanical structure is compact,low energy consuption,save space and can reduce workforces.As a staff,having a good mechanical elactronic detection function at the same time,guarantee the quality of the
  weaving products.

Braiding material1. The braiding stands may be soft copper wires, Al-Mg alloy wires and stainless steel wires.
  2. The elongation shall be at least 10 to 17% for soft copper wires and between 3 and 5% for AL=MG alloy wires.
  The stainless steel shall have an elongation between 38 and 45% and tension strength between 700 and 730MPA(based on φ0.2mm wire)
