It is for insulating, coating, stripping single or two layer wire and cable with extruding PVC, XLPE and LDPE compound material. Also it is suit for making power cable, building wire, communication cable.

8) Material of Screw Cylinder: diameter is Ø80mm, 38CrMoA1A alloy steel, nitrogen treatment and precisely grinding. The surface hardness inside the screw cylinder is R2-3 degree higher than that of the front surface of the screw and the screw thread.
9) Gearbox: Imitation of Italian-type, hardened helical gear gearbox, material of cast steel, oil-bath lubrication, tooth-face high-efficiency quenching and precisely grinding, the bottom of the reduction box cooling the lubricating oil through by circulating cooling water, compact construction, little noise.
10) Electric Heating: gross power is 12 kw , 380V, with even three-phase separated flow.

with cooling air duct.

11) Cooling: Screw cylinder zone 6, use 6 sets of cooling fans( 180W).
12) Control of Temperature: Use the automatic temperature control gauge made in Yangming, Taiwan.
13) Host Motor: 40HP SIEMENS OF Germany, U.S Emerson inverter is adjustable.
14) clamp machine's head: using the ratchet quick wrench, chain transmission double side clamping.
